The X Dominican Week in the United Kingdom concludes with big success

The British Chamber of Commerce of the Dominican Republic (BritchamDR) is pleased to successfully close the year 2023 with a series of events that yielded extraordinary results.

From a financial, positioning, and networking standpoint, BritchamDR has marked a milestone that only commits its Board of Directors, Working Committees, and Executive Team to an even more prosperous and successful 2024. This year was about connecting both nations and showcasing various Dominican brands in high socio-economic impact cultural and commercial events.

We concluded with a grand finale with our 10th edition of the traditional Dominican Week in London, which featured a diverse and interesting program combining business themes with musical culture and the influence of prominent personalities from both the United Kingdom and the Dominican Republic.

It was a vibrant and multifaceted celebration that merged the best of Dominican culture, gastronomy, and business. From November 13 to 17, the most important officials and executives of our country gathered, with a delegation of more than 200 people including over 100 Dominicans and 85 foreigners, to discuss various productive sectors and highlight the importance of cultural and gastronomic exchange.

Doors were opened to offers from different sectors, positioning the Dominican Republic as a Global Logistic Hub and Nearshoring destination.

BritchamDR, in partnership with the Dominican Embassy in the United Kingdom and the British Embassy in the Dominican Republic and their respective teams, achieved the development of a busy agenda over four days.
