We hereby inform you the beginning of our third consecutive year commitment to collaborate with our country’s education through the Fundación Abriendo Camino; a non profit institution working for poor Villas Agrícolas’ children and youngsters.

Ever since Fundación Abriendo Camino first opened its doors managed by Mrs. Elizabeth de Puig and Mrs. Nelia Barletta it’s been serving these youngsters through educational programs to help them integrate into our society as productive members and free them from the serious issues they face, such as poverty, school dropout, promiscuity, lack of hygiene, the breakup of the family, drug consumption and trafficking.  

It is because of this we are formally requesting your assistance to collect the following items for the 2009-2010 school year: backpacks, lined and blank notebooks, erasers, pencil sharpeners, rulers, setsquare sets, compasses, bond paper reams, folders, wooden colouring pencils, charcoal pencils, dictionaries, fairytale books in Spanish, poster board, among others.
