The Annual High English Tea Afternoon is part of the yearly efforts made by BRITCHAM to expose the culture of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, a country that enjoys a strong culture and traditions that have been modernized over time, but have not left behind their roots. This event is hosted every year by the recognized brand Twinings English Tea and the British Chamber of Commerce of the Dominican Republic, and donations are made to several foundations that work to benefit children.

British Golf Cup
The British Chamber of Commerce of the Dominican Republic celebrates every year their traditional British Golf Cup, at Teeth of the Dog, Casa de Campo, La Romana. A replica of the famous British Open, the Claret Jug, is awarded to the best gross score of the tournament. This tournament has become a tradition in the Dominican golf, besides it serves to share and strengthen business relationships in a cheerful and relaxed atmosphere.
Dominican Week at the United Kingdom
The Dominican Week in the United Kingdom is the main networking and relationship building activity organized by the British Chamber of Commerce of the Dominican Republic, in collaboration with the British Embassy in the Dominican Republic and the Dominican Embassy at the United Kingdom, which every year contributes to the business connection between both nations, and promotes the good positioning of the Dominican image on British soil, one of the most important commercial partners in Europe. This important event pretends to combine business and cultural activities, with the purpose of promoting the Dominican Republic as a strategic business, investment and commercial partner for the United Kingdom.
The aim of this expected event is to celebrate with our members and related the anniversary of the British Chamber of Commerce of the Dominican Republic, and offer attendees the opportunity to enjoy an exclusive British-style party. This activity, which we called UK Extravaganza, takes place in an environment which recreates the main attractions, and emblematic characters of the culture of the UK. Also, attendees can enjoy a Premium Open Bar and a trip through time of British music of the most prominent bands.
Program "LEARNING WITH THE MASTERS"
The "Learning with the Masters" Program is a simple and effective way to demonstrate your company's know-how in a particular field or specialty. This is an opportunity to bring together a select group of members and non-members in an informal and interactive discussion forum.
