On 28 June, the President of our organization, Mr. Roberto Herrera, arrived in the city of London with the objective of attending a number of activities, among which we highlight the awarding of the Debt Negotiation of the Year Award, granted to our country by Trade Finance, a prestigious economics journal that recognized the amicable way in which this country restructured the expiration of commitments with Private Banks.

The award was received by the Technical Secretary of the Presidency, Juan Temistocles Montas, along with representatives of the country that included Julio Ortega Tous, Executive Secretary of the National Commercial Negotiations Commission, Anibal de Castro, Dominican Ambassador to Great Britain, Manuel Alejandro Grullon, President of Banco Popular, Luis Rafael Pellerano, from the Law Firm Pellerano & Herrera, Luis Reyes and Marino Inchaustegui, representatives of the SET of the Presidency.
