Orange Dominicana Carnival / 22-2-2009

Our Protective Partner, Orange Dominicana, reaffirms its commitment one more time by developing cultural activities and support of Dominican traditions when it became the official sponsor of Carnavalegría.

Its support is a true commitment – for a seventh consecutive year - a very significant tradition for us Dominicans, such as is the case of the la Vega Carnival, through the sponsoring of a group of “Cavernarios” (cavern men) besides supporting the Unión Carnavalesca Vegana.

This year, Orange Dominicana extended a cordial invitation to the Board of the British Trading Chamber to see the parade shown each Sunday of the month of March in that city, in its VIP section. 

The courtesies of Mr. Armand Toonen’s, Orange Dominicana’s Marketing and Business Development Vice-president made this a very special day providing those who assisted with any reason as to why Orange Dominicana has become part of our tradition and why it has earned a significant space in this annual event that is reaffirmed today, easily visible in the smiling faces of both Veganos and visitors.
