Cultural Presentation “CALEDON”

September 16, 2009:In the interest of promoting the Scottish culture in our country we presented the CALEDON trio formed by the tenors Alan Beck, Jamie MacDougall, and Ivan Sharpe with the musical direction of Michael Barnett.

These three divine voices delighted those present at their presentation in the Máximo Avilés Blonda Hall of the Palacio de Bellas Artes to benefit the Symphony Foundation directed by Mrs. Margarita Copello de Rodríguez.

Among the vast song repertoire that the public enjoyed we can mention: Going Home, Scotland the Brave, The Long and winding road, Granada, Loch Lomond, Th’exciseman, Highland Cathedral, Flower of Scotland, The Tartan Medley, Tonight Medley, Moon River, Bésame Mucho, Auld Lang Syne and 500 Miles.
