Closing Ceremony for the “II British Tennis Cup”
14 Agust, 2008: The closing of the tennis match once again got dressed in splendor with the attendance of distinguished personalities related to the sport and commerce of the country. The encounter managed to arouse the attention of the spectators and fans of this joust, as well as the union of both nations during the two weeks of the match.
The trophy ceremony was presided by the Consul of Great Britain, Scott Richard Melling, Mr. Persio Maldonado President of the Dominican Tennis Federation, Roberto Herrera, President of the British Chamber of the Dominican Republic, Jose De Moya member of the Santo Domingo Country Club Board of Directors, Leon Rubio Tennis Director and Mrs. Elsa Turull de Alma, Executive Director of the Chamber.
